Toll-free and GETS lookups fixed
I made a quick patch to the code to allow 800, 866, 877, and 700
number lookups work again. Now you can view any exchanges in those
areacodes and not just receive a blank page. It's not very
descriptive (if there are no scanned numbers there it's pretty
useless) but at least it gives you an indication that the lookup
worked.
