Some VoIP issues resolved
There have been some reports of poor call quality, FWD being
broken, and some other random weirdness. As of today it appears
that a lot of these issues have been fixed.
It turns out that all I needed to do was change my bandwidth
setting to "high" in IAX.conf. I still disable some really bad
codecs but I've re-enabled whatever was breaking FWD. VoIP
providers like NuFone and VoicePulse can also now use better
codecs.
