USOC files updated
A very astute visitor noticed that my
USOC page allows them to search (and find!) USOCs beginning with
digits. Unfortunately there is no way to download the list
directly. I have updated the page and added a link that says
"Numeric" so you now download the USOCs that begin with a
digit.
I have also updated the USOC.tar.bz2 file to contain the new USOC-Numeric.html data.

Lookups back online
Due to some unforseen circumstances
the Bell's Mind NPA/NXX/CLLI lookup was down for the past few
days.
The problem has been fixed but we expect a little more downtime when we move our server to a new location. Please excuse any weirdness as we work to pull that off over the next few days.
