Maintenance done
The system should be a LOT faster
now. Let me know if it's sluggish.

Experiencing temporary performance problems
I'm in the process of doing some
database maintenance so you'll probably notice some pretty
significant performance issues for a little while. It'll pass
soon... stay tuned.

Contacting me via e-mail
Hey everybody... yes, I am still
alive.
Recently, I've been spending a lot of time fighting spam. I think that in the shuffle some e-mail is getting lost. To make sure your e-mail is read the subject line should contain something that jumps out at me. "Hey", and "what's up" don't really do it. To be certain I'll see it you should put "BELL'S MIND: " as the start of your subject line followed by a somewhat detailed explanation of what you need. "BELL'S MIND: question" is too vague where as something like "BELL'S MIND: Missing thousands block in FL" is great.
If you are a telco that uses Bell's Mind for any purpose definitely send me e-mail. I've received several queries from people in the
industry lately and I want to make sure that Bell's Mind is useful for both normal users and telecom professionals. Give me as much feedback as possible.
My e-mail address (here comes the spam!) is ntheory@bellsmind.net.
